From ‘one day’ to TODAY, with Robyn Hunter our Season 1 Winner

Episode #26

In this first episode of The Aging Project Off Season, Shelley chats with the inspiring winner of
The Aging Project’s Season One Challenge, Robyn Hunter.

Robyn’s family history meant that she never imagined she would love a long life. Her mother died at just 47 from breast cancer – the same disease that her grandmother died of at only 36. Robyn is now 62 and is wholeheartedly embracing her aging journey, because she knows all too well how precious the gifts of time and good health are.

Join Shelley for this first episode of The Aging Project Off Season, as she chats to Robyn about:

· How The Aging Project has changed her approach to aging
· How The Aging Project has helped her to change her mindset, and prioritise herself
· Her experience at Mana Yoga Retreat
· The changes she’s made to her daily life, and the new ways she’s finding joy.

The Aging Project Off-Season delivers weekly interviews to inspire and connect us all. Real stories, about real people doing inspiring things.
