I have achieved a lot and had some great outcomes, but the most amazing to me is the reduction in my resting heart rate. My RHR has dropped from 72-54. My heart rate hasn't sat at 54 for many years. It was always low, when I was fit and healthy. I have checked it for three days now, because I couldn't believe it, but reducing my stress, improving my diet, and improving my sleep as well as taking up swimming for my training seems to have done the trick. I couldn't have done it without this program. Thank you so much for the support of this lovely community, whilst I didn’t post every day, I read all your comments. Well done everyone.

I have learnt so much in the last 3 weeks. I have always eaten well and done Pilates and walked. However I struggled with belly fat post menopause. I have been committed to this reset and finally I can feel my jeans are easier to do up. The little hints you have given us have made such a difference and I am sure to continue this journey. I have really loved this programme and learnt so much. Flipping the meals has been a game changer for me. I'm not needing to snack the way I used to as I feel full from the wholesome food I'm eating at meal times. The meditation in the morning sets me up well for the day and I have really enjoyed the workouts. Thank you so much Shelley, Naz, Linsey and Amanda.
